I Absolutely love this Blenders!

What makes Blenders so great is how they don't try to make all them crazy smoothies rather they keep it simple. Unlike Jamba Juice, Blenders has very straight to the point smoothie names such as red orange, the Mango, the guava, etc but also having that unique and fresh taste!

I might be biased b/c i lived in I.V. but how can you not rep your own locally owned smoothie place. Definitely the best place for you to start the day after a crazy hedonistic party night in IV!

I highly recommend the Green Tea with Honey, the Mango, and the Purple Banana!

It's true, Blenders is way better than Jamba Juice. Unlike Jamba, Blenders doesn't taste so artificial, and their blends are a lot smoother. I love getting a Strawberry Colada with the fat burner blend. I don't think it makes you burn fat, but it does makes the drink taste more creamier. I also never really liked coconuts, but I love them in this drink!

I've tried just about every smoothie place and this is by far the best!  I love the Red Orange smoothie.  It's a perfect blend of sweet and tart.  The consistency is also great; not too icy.  I stop here whenever I'm in Santa Barbara.  I wish they'd open some in Los Angeles.

Blenders is what I miss most about I.V. The ocean and college girls are a close second and third - but first is definitely Blenders.

Try the following and you will certainly agree:
Nonfat (or regular if you choose) Peanut Butter Blender.
Vitamin add-in of choice (I use total)
Add Carob (or chocolate if you choose)
1/2 the normal amount of banana
Add Strawberry (or Blueberry if you like it a bit richer)

It is pure smoothie glory.  I think I might drive up to SB right now to get one.

The location in Isla Vista:

When I was at UCSB, I preferred Blenders to Jamba Juice. Blenders smoothies had a more natural taste to it. Sometimes Jamba tasted a bit too sugary and artificial.

I would usually get the citrusy flavors, the Pina Colada and seasonal specials like Pumpkin Pie, mmm. Strawberries with anything else tasted good, but the ones with too many berries would annoy me because I'd always be chewing on the tiny seeds.

After a long day of classes, on the bike ride/walk home to an IV apartment, one of these drinks can be such a refreshing and filling picker-upper.

I miss you Blenders...I moved away and now I can't tolerate Jamba Juice.

A classic...the Red Orange . I enjoy the Chocolate Banana with protein.

This place just does it right...even other locations pale in comparison.

Jamba juice really has nothing on Blenders, except for the fact that they're everywhere!

It's one of the best, freshest, and purest tasting smoothies I've had in a while. If only I could make smoothies taste as good.

I'm not going to lie, this is my favorite smoothie place. The reason that I have to take away that fifth star is because blenders is only in Santa Barbara, and since I don't go to UCSB anymore I don't get blenders anymore...boo.

I was just passing through the area so, of course, I had to stop and have a blenders. I had my fav, the cranberry, and it was as delicious and refreshing as it always was.

My other favorite is the pumpkin pie, which they only have in October and November.

Jamba Juice has nothing on Blenders - their smoothies are definately something so fresh and amazing - I really wonder what their secret is.

Blenders rocked IV.  Possibly because there was no Jamba near campus but the smoothies tasted different.  Definitley more natural and delicious!

I went to UCSB nine years ago but I still remember the strawberry & red orange smoothies from Blenders in the Grass.  They were around long before Jamba Juice and I remember loving those smoothies.  I have no idea if the quality is as good as it was 9 years ago but I hope so...

Very good, but their orange juice is gross.  Only get things that don't contain orange juice.
